Hozier is keeping the concert vibes alive into 2024! The Irish sensation just wrapped up the latest leg of his Unreal Unearth Tour, but guess what? He's not done yet. The "Eat Your Young" singer just spilled the beans that he's extending the show into next year.
Hold onto your seats because the second leg of North American dates is kicking off on April 20 in Raleigh, North Carolina. And, the party's going strong until the final show in Los Angeles on Sept. 17. And that's not all – Hozier is taking over the Big Apple for two nights in June before jetting off to Ireland and the U.K. for a few shows. Then, he's back on U.S. soil in July, hitting up cities like Austin, Orlando, Denver, San Diego, and many more during the 37-date run.
“After the sweetest run of US shows, I’m delighted to announce these brand new #UnrealUnearth tour dates for next year,” the Irish singer Hozier shared on his Instagram page. “I can’t wait to be back and I hope to see you there.”
In the previous North American leg, he brought Maddison Cunningham along for the ride. For next year’s trek, he’s taking Allison Russell as the supporting act. The talented artist is a Canadian singer-songwriter who has been a member of various music groups prior to becoming a solo artist. Some groups that Allison Russell have been on are: Po' Girl, Birds of Chicago, Our Native Daughters and Sisters of the Strawberry Moon.
For this tour, Hozier is super excited because it's the first time he's celebrating his heritage live on tour. He shared in an interview with Billboard, “This is the first time that I’ll be singing songs in the Irish language or singing parts of songs that are in Irish Gaelic. So I’m really excited to [play] Madison Square Garden or Hollywood Bowl, and sing in Gaeilge [the Irish language]… and watch as, hopefully, concertgoers and fans learn those lines and maybe even sing it with me.”
