These two forces met way back in the 70s when Styx and Cronin’s band REO Speedwagon met during massive festivals. Styx has been rocking the globe since 1972 and their highly rated tunes, consisting of soft, progressive, and arena rock, has been making waves for over five decades. Since their breakthrough, the band has belted out smashing hits like “Renegade,” “Babe,” “Come Sail Away,” and “Mr. Roboto.” Even they have been around since the 70s, the band continues to paved the way for other artists and to this day, they continue to drop new music. Meanwhile, Kevin Cronin has been the iconic voice behind the massive rock legend REO Speedwagon. His vocals help out the monumental record Hi Infidelity to the top of the charts. The 1980 album later became one of the best selling rock albums of all time, earning diamond status in the U.S. and earning multi platinum status in other countries.
