Wiz Khalifa is one of the most commercially successful rappers in modern music. He has released six critically acclaimed studio albums, earned numerous gold and platinum certifications, and won multiple awards. His major-label debut single “Black and Yellow” performed remarkably and peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song, which is featured in his third album, Rolling Papers, was written as a tribute to Khalifa's hometown of Pittsburgh. Released in 2011, Rolling Papers is Khalifa’s major-label debut. The album peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and number 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
In 2015, Wiz Khalifa’s mainstream success skyrocketed when he released the song “See You Again,” performed with singer Charlie Puth. The song was commissioned to be included in the Furious 7 soundtrack, and it amassed billions of streams. The song also charted in several countries, including the U.S. – staying at number 1 on the Hot 100 charts for several weeks. This year, Wiz Khalifa is slated to drop his latest album, Multiverse.
The tour’s co-headliner, Logic, is an award-winning rapper who has released six chart-topping studio albums. He first emerged in the hip-hop scene when he released his first mixtape Young, Broke & Infamous, in 2010. Logic followed the mixtape with the release of his debut album, Under Pressure. The record performed impressively on the mainstream charts, debuting at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and number 2 on the Top Rap Albums and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
